Product Description

1、应用于精密铸造业:代替硅酸乙脂使用，无毒性;不仅可以降低成本，用于制作零件，尺寸精确度高，铸件光洁度好，可使壳型强度大，造型比使用水玻璃质量好;用于铸模的耐高温涂料，可以使涂层具有较好的耐热性，减少高温下熔融金属与模具的损耗，并有助于脱模。
2、应用于涂料行业，能够使涂料牢固，具有耐水、耐火、耐污、耐高温、涂膜强度大、色泽艳丽、不褪色等优点。还可以应用于耐酸、耐碱、防火涂料和远红外线辐射涂料。
3、应用于耐火材料的粘结剂:具有粘结强度高、耐高温(*******0℃)等优点。
4、应用于纺织业:可以用做纺织上浆助剂，减少断头率;在织物染色中使用，因具有粘结性，可以形成优良的保护液，增加染色的附着力等等。
5、应用于造纸业:作为感光纸的处理剂、玻璃纸的防粘剂，其他办公纸经过处理后，可以提高打印效果，使显色更加鲜明。
6、应用于催化剂:在催化剂的生产中，在一定的条件下，作为载体来加速催化速度，以提高生产效率。 7、石油方面的应用:在芳烃类生产中以硅胶单体为催化剂，为提高芳烃回收率开辟了一个新的途径，在石油工业中，用硅溶胶做粘结剂和催化剂。
8、蓄电池中的应用:铅酸蓄电池的电解液硫酸，在机动车急转弯时容易溢出，向硫酸中加入一定量的硅溶胶，使其胶化，可防止硫酸的浸溅和溢出，并且能够延长电瓶的使用寿命。
